We are urgently looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have some experience or a strong interest in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and Guru. If you’re passionate about business development, client relationships, and helping a company grow, this is the role for you! Freshers with the right attitude and drive are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Handle online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and Guru.
• Compose proposals and cover letters, and interact with clients to gather information.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements while maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist in driving the company’s growth by engaging with prospective clients and closing deals.
• Handle client chats and provide prompt follow-up communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Guru).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of the market and client needs.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Prior experience in business development, client interaction, and proposal writing is preferred, but not required.
• A motivated self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and achieve goals.
